Why you should lis­ten to her

Sally Web­ster is pas­sion­ate about com­mu­ni­cat­ing. It’s what she lives for. She is an author, academic and award win­ning mar­ket­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tions pro­fes­sional. She has worked out a way to com­bine these skills, along with her enthu­si­asm to learn more about oth­ers by writ­ing travel nov­els that cre­atively mar­ket a des­ti­na­tion and its cul­ture to young readers.

She is com­plet­ing her PhD in Com­mu­ni­ca­tion on ways to ‘Cre­atively mar­ket the city of Barcelona to young read­ers through travel nov­els’. This is really an excuse to com­mu­ni­cate her pas­sions through cul­tural edu­ca­tion, par­tic­u­larly Barcelona, but she is already plan­ning on writ­ing travel nov­els for young read­ers on Edin­burgh, France, Sin­ga­pore and Bangkok, and she won’t stop there!
